Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath Special Holiday Event!
This event is being held at two different times: 10am-12pm & 2pm-4pm
This 2-hour special Thanksgiving restorative yoga and sound bath event provides extra nourishment to the body, mind, and soul before the holiday seasons and celebrates all that we are grateful for in our lives- the people, places, and things that fill us with joy, love and gratitude. Focusing on the richness within the simplicity — our relationships, passions, resources, and blessings — brings us into greater alignment with the peace within, allowing a raising of vibration and attracting greater harmony into our lives.
This holistic holiday event begins with gentle restorative yoga poses led by the wonderfully-intuitive Miriam of Sky Pond, designed to open and awaken the heart space, relieve stress, and nourish our body and inner being. Resting back into savasana, we then gently transition into a peaceful sound bath composed by Sarah of Alewah Sound with the intention of further deepening into the abundance within the heart space, providing rest and rejuvenation. Beautiful instruments are chosen to celebrate the heart chakra, such as quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, Himalayan bowls, and other accent instruments that connect us to feelings of love and gratitude. A self-composed ambient background track is added for an extra dimensional sound experience.
After the session join us in the cozy cabin for tea, enjoy a meditative walk around the pond and beautiful grounds, socialize, journal, or whatever nourishes your soul. Find peace before the holiday seasons, give back to yourself, immerse in gratitude. Bring a friend, family member, or loved one you’re grateful for!
$65, advanced registration required. Come find peace!

Miriam Anderson, E-RYT200, began to deepen her understanding of wellness through the modality of yoga in 2001. An instant awakening and remembrance, yoga became the path of possibility where not only could she learn to change, but she could support others along their journey as well. Inspired by this lifestyle, she and her husband Sean gave rise to Sky Pond to create and encourage access to Nature’s medicine. Today Miriam is passionate about connecting individuals to a diverse world of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing; and to one another.
