Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath Special Event!
This event is being held at two different times: 11am-1pm & 3pm-5pm
This 2-hour special restorative yoga and sound bath event provides gentle nourishment to the body, mind, and soul. As the days grow longer and we move into the light of Spring, we welcome a beautiful period of balance between day and night and find a perfect opportunity to honor that same balance within ourselves. Come and rest exactly as you are, take a moment to pause and receive, bask in the Light of a dawning new season, and embrace the sacred connection within yourself and All That Is, bringing greater harmony, clarity, and alignment into your life.
This holistic event begins with gentle restorative yoga poses led by the wonderfully-intuitive Miriam Anderson of Sky Pond Retreat designed to ease tension, relieve stress, and nourish the body and inner being. Resting back into savasana, we then gently transition into a peaceful sound bath composed by Sarah Myles of Alewah Sound with the intention of further deepening into the place of sacred rest within ourselves, finding healing and rejuvenation. Beautiful instruments are chosen to celebrate this season of balance, such as quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, Himalayan bowls, and other accent instruments with harmonious and peaceful vibrations. A self-composed ambient background track is added for an extra dimensional sound experience.
After the session join us in the cozy cabin for tea, enjoy a meditative walk around the pond and beautiful grounds, socialize, journal, or whatever nourishes your soul.
$65, advanced registration required. Come find peace!

Miriam Anderson, E-RYT200, began to deepen her understanding of wellness through the modality of yoga in 2001. An instant awakening and remembrance, yoga became the path of possibility where not only could she learn to change, but she could support others along their journey as well. Inspired by this lifestyle, she and her husband Sean gave rise to Sky Pond to create and encourage access to Nature’s medicine. Today Miriam is passionate about connecting individuals to a diverse world of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing; and to one another.
