Rest & Receive reiki sound baths are designed as a full reiki session of sound, featuring an octave of bowls to gently cleanse and infuse the chakras, various accent instruments with different sound textures, as well as my own
self-composed background music and/or nature sounds.
These sessions provide a relaxing and immersive sound experience.

*For these remote sessions I recommend finding a comfortable, supportive position where you can rest, preferably laying down with a pillow for your head and under your knees, a blanket, and an eye pillow. Also, please wear headphones or use high quality speakers for the most immersive sound. Having your computer connected via ethernet is optional, but an additional way to provide less lag and the best virtual sound bath experience.

My online group reiki sound bath sessions are held over Zoom with high-quality audio equipment and provide accessible opportunities for self-care to clients all over the world. Come rest in the powerful, restorative energies of sound and reiki. Come find peace!
