This month’s sound configuration is: OCTAVE C (full octave bowls, chimes, Himalayan bowls, accents)
This event is being held at two different times: 11am-12:30pm & 2pm-3:30pm
Spend the afternoon resting in a dreamy nebula of reiki and sound at Sky Pond retreat in Apex, NC. These octave sound sessions are an immersive sound healing experience, featuring a full octave of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, Himalayan bowls, and various accent instruments, as well as self-composed ambient background music to bring a multidimensional sensation to the sound experience.
Beginning with a grounding practice to cleanse the aura, we will then spend an hour resting in savasana, bathing in reiki and sound, gently resting in each of the chakra energy centers and infusing the chakras with sound, reiki, and light. Nourishing and rejuvenating, these sessions are designed to provide pure serenity to the body, mind, and soul, and are a perfect fusion of reiki and sound healing. There is additional time to gently bring yourself back and reassimilate to the world around you at the end.
*An optional additional 30 minutes of outdoor restoration time is permitted after the session to enjoy the magical grounds and connect with beautiful Mother Earth (for a total of a 2 hour session). Join me for tea, bring your favorite book, connect with the other group members, take a walk around the pond, or whatever rejuvenates your soul!

Sarah Myles is an ICRT-certified Reiki Master, ICRT-certified Karuna Reiki Master, certified Sound Healer through the Center of Light Institute, as well as a lifelong songwriter and musician. She practices Reiki and Sound healing sessions for individual clients at Alewah Sound in Wake Forest and is an ongoing student of advanced sound techniques and shamanic studies. Her passion is in keeping energy fields flowing so clients may come into full alignment with their Highest Selves and expanded consciousness and live more peaceful, passionate, and fulfilled lives.
