Spend an hour in this restorative healing session, bathing in harmonious notes and overtones as we journey into and cleanse each of the seven chakras and aura. Located along our spines, the chakras are energetic gateways corresponding to various archetypes within ourselves and in our relationship with all of the Cosmos. Originally mentioned in the Vedic texts of ancient India, the chakras are used in many different healing modalities and can provide a deeper understanding about ourselves, our personalities, and our energetic tendencies. This chakra journey session focuses on clearing and balancing the entire energy field, using a full chakra set of quartz crystal singing bowls and pipe chimes as its foundation. We will start at the crown and move our way downward through each of the chakras, gently cleansing and infusing each of these energy centers with reiki, sound, and light.
