This event is being held at two different times: 10am-12pm & 1pm-3pm
Immerse yourself in a flowing river of sound as we journey through various instruments, textures and harmonics in this flow-style sound bath at the gorgeous Sky Pond Retreat. Designed as a winding tale through sound and Self, we will spend an hour journeying through the deep and powerful vibrations of shamanic drum, gong, and Himalayan bowls, to the lighter frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks, with the intention of alchemizing denser energy to Light, and realigning with our highest, most authentic Selves. Coupled with a meandering ambient background track that I compose myself, these restful and introspective journeys are perfect for those who love to feel fully immersed in the sound experience. Wander through the waves, exploring how various sounds move energy through you.
We begin these sessions with a grounding practice to settle in and finish with plenty of time to gently reassimilate into the world around you.
*An optional additional 30 minutes of outdoor restoration time is permitted after the session to enjoy the magical grounds and connect with beautiful Mother Earth (for a total of a 2 hour session). Join me for tea, bring your favorite book, connect with the other group members, take a walk around the pond, or whatever rejuvenates your soul!
$55, advanced registration required. Come find peace!
