Sacred Sound Sangha
Sound, Light, Energy, and Consciousness
Dear Beloveds,
You are radiant. You are Light. Can you feel the calling back to yourself? The Sacred Sound Sangha was developed for those who are ready to dive deep into themselves, uncover the essence of True Nature, come together in sacred community, and bask in their fullest, most infinite Light.
Journey with me into the depths of your Being.
At the heart of this sacred community lies a mission of empowerment, to help people cultivate a strong foundation within their authentic Selves, discover the radiance and resilience of their Inner Light, develop abiding awareness, and fuel passion, self-confidence, inner strength, inner peace, and a sense of community.
The Sacred Sound Sangha is a sacred space where we honor the Great Mystery of life, explore the essence of who we truly are, receive energy healing, commune with nature and one another, and rediscover the true purpose and deepest passions that sing within our Souls.
Sound refers to the use of sound healing techniques in our sessions, including intermediate to advanced level sound baths featuring crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes, binaural beats, shamanic drumming, and more, designed to journey deep into ourselves and our connection with All That Is.
Light refers to the focus on cultivating Inner Light, as well as the use of Reiki healing, yoga nidra, the sacred elements, and consciousness techniques to hone and develop the awareness of this Light. These sessions employ the techniques of entrainment and coherence to enter states of wholeness and luminosity.
We spend these sessions together in pratyahara, a state of switching from thinking and doing into sensing and perceiving. As we turn our focus inward, we rest and abide in our True Nature as whole and luminous beings.
