These private reiki or sound bath sessions are held in the serene cabin at the tranquil Sky Pond Retreat in Apex, NC.

My sound bath sessions utilize a combination of reiki, sound, and yoga nidra. These immersive sessions incorporate many different sound healing instruments, such as quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, gongs, chimes, and tuning forks, to create a cocoon of sound in which you may rest and receive healing nourishment for your entire body, mind, and soul. These offerings are held before or after my public group sessions, so the instruments I use will depend on what I am hosting on that date. My reiki sessions are like a warm hug for the body. As a Holy Fire III Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master, I draw on various reiki techniques to send the beautiful, peaceful, revitalizing life force energy throughout your body, clearing your energy fields and chakras and restoring balance to the body, mind, and soul. Simple sound instruments are available to add to your session if desired.

My sessions are designed to be as relaxing as possible. Please come just as you are, in comfortable clothing if possible, and simply unwind to the sacred energies of the universe.

Optional Add-On: Energy Clearing Pre-Session ($35)
My pre-sessions are 30 minute remote dowsing sessions that take place the day before your session. These sessions are very useful if you are feeling particularly weighed down and burdened, as they are designed to remove any excess weight from your subtle bodies. In these sessions I utilize a combination of reiki, dowsing, mediumship, and energy work to gently remove any attachments, cut cords, and free your energetic field from dense energies.
