These one hour private sound bath sessions are held at Sky Pond Retreat in Apex, NC.

My group sound bath sessions are immersive experiences that incorporate many different sound healing instruments, such as quartz crystal singing bowls, Himalayan bowls, chimes, gong, tuning forks, and more. These sessions are deeply nourishing to the body, mind, and soul. These private groups are held after my public group sessions, so the bowls that I use will vary depending on which session I am offering that day. Yoga mats, eye pillows, blankets, and bolsters are provided for your group experience at Sky Pond Retreat. Please bring any additional props you would like, such as pillows and/or thicker yoga mats, etc, for you to feel cozy and supported.
